These terms govern access to MIA at inviertepedia.com. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use MIA for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
MIA supports professional judgement; it does not replace legal, investment, tax, regulatory or other specialist advice. The service
MIA connects relationship intelligence, Deal context, documents, communication, meetings and execution workflows. Features may include AI-assisted extraction, matching, drafting and recommendations, all subject to the permissions and approval controls available in the product.
Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your authentication methods and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Google sign-in may create a new isolated MIA workspace. Workspace owners control invitations, roles and shared workspace content. Personal connected-account data remains private unless its owner explicitly shares it.
Google and connected services
Connecting Google is optional and requires separate authorization. MIA will act on Google Contacts, Gmail or Calendar only within granted scopes and in response to synchronization or an explicit user action. A request to send email, delete a contact or cancel a meeting can affect the user's Google account. Users are responsible for reviewing recipients, content and consequences before submission.
Google services are provided by Google under its own terms. MIA cannot guarantee third-party availability, verification, delivery, retention or API behavior. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically remove already imported data; removal is a separate action described in the Privacy Policy.
Customer data and permissions
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant MIA the limited permission necessary to host, process, synchronize and present that content to provide and secure the service. You must have lawful authority to upload, disclose or process personal, confidential and third-party information.
MIA does not obtain ownership of Google user data. You must not use workspace access to obtain another person's private connected-account information.
AI output and human approval
AI-generated extractions, rankings, summaries and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review material decisions and external communications. Where MIA marks an action as requiring approval, users may not bypass that control. The user remains responsible for the final decision, communication and use of output.
Acceptable use
You may not use MIA unlawfully; access accounts or data without authorization; upload malware; interfere with security or availability; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; conduct deceptive outreach; or use Google data for advertising, surveillance, sale or any purpose inconsistent with the user's consent and Google's policies.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, limits and integrations may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access. MIA may apply reasonable limits needed for security, reliability and provider compliance. No guarantee is made that AI output or third-party delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension, termination and general terms
Access may be suspended for security threats, material breach or legal requirements. A user may disconnect providers at any time and may request account or data deletion through the support channel. Provisions concerning confidentiality, data rights, responsibility, disclaimers and accrued obligations survive where appropriate.
Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
